Our Adult Programs offer something for all levels of play and experience. Just starting out? Try our Play Tennis Fast-Tennis 101 program. Played before? Tune up your game with our singles and doubles specific trainings sessions. You’ll practice the best shot selection and patterns of play in a game-based format. Our programs aim to give you a great workout too! Look for our Cardio Tennis and Live-Ball programs for non-stop action.
To meet your busy schedule most classes are offered as a daily drop in reservation – or save $$ by signing up for the entire session.
Many programs are offered for specific levels listed as NTRP levels (3.0, etc.) For assistance in determining your NTRP rating contact Fred Layman, USPTA Elite. This will guide you in your registration of our programs.
Sessions Run 8 Weeks and are located at Patriots Park and Riverside Park. Please watch for location.
All One- Hour Classes are $80.00 each with $15.00 Drop In.
All 1.5 Hour Classes are $120.00 each, $240.00 twice per week with $20 Drop In.

Interactive adult and child playtime that introduces fundamental athletic, movement skills for tennis and all sports. Parents/Adults – bring your tennis shoes – we want you to join in the fun on court! Use of red felt and red foam balls on 36 ft. court. Racquet size: 17-19 inches
Play Tennis Fast with Tennis 101 (Beginner to Novice)

Learn the game or brush up your skills if it has been awhile since you last played. Daytime and evening classes available. Sign up by the session or drop in for individual sessions. Designed for the new or returning adult player to learn tennis basics in a fun fast paced environment.

Enjoy a heart-pumping 60-minuteworkout and hit balls continuously. Improve your fitness and your tennis simultaneously.

An even greater 90-minute workout, this amped up version of cardio tennis will get you back in shape and hitting the tennis ball better than ever.
Stroke of the Week Wednesday and Sundays 12:30-1:30 PM Riverside Park
Play better “One Stroke at a Time”. This incredible one-hour session is like a private lesson focused on one important stroke. We will take you through the intricacies of each stroke and have you improving, week in and week out.

Get a greater understanding of the 10 Commandments of Doubles Strategy that will change your game throughout eternity. Learn the foundation of Doubles Play and develop a partnership that will take you to match point.
Sunrise Adult 3.5-4.0 Advanced Drills Saturday 9:00-10:30 AMRiverside Park
Start the weekend off with a heart-pumping workout that combines live ball situations, singles and doubles drills/strategies and a weekly theme that keeps you in the game. These drills are designed for the dedicated player who wants fast paced, live action drills combined with competitive playing situations.
